I completed 11 signature assignments - significant papers with original ideas. In one paper, I foresaw specific problems at a major company. In another, I designed a study (with statistical analyses) to explain why videos do not significantly enhance or improve online reviews. I worked alone. Website Design

Website design seems easy but could be complex. Usability studies tend to research consumers' reactions or attitudes toward detailed elements of a website. My paper 'Method and Design for a Website Improvement Study' basically designed a usability study for a hypothetical website. I took inspiration from a study at USPTO. At USPTO, I assisted to schedule participants for lab sessions and also assisted participants during actual testing of the video conferencing options. The course was great. I learned a lot.
