I completed 11 signature assignments - significant papers with original ideas. In one paper, I foresaw specific problems at a major company. In another, I designed a study (with statistical analyses) to explain why videos do not significantly enhance or improve online reviews. I worked alone. Pain research

My PhD paper on how website design affects customer/consumer complaints touched on pain during shopping. That was surprising! I didn't think of the paper when I saw the call for research on pain and posted about it (link to post: https://fahmeenaodetta.blogspot.com/2023/06/the-topic-pain.html). There really is a need for research in this area.
