A lot of mangoes for me
Two varieties - Buxton Spice and the long mango
I enjoy the spiciness of the Buxton Spice
The long mango is more bland
The shapes are interesting too
Buxton spice mangoes bulge to round
The long mango more slender and shapely
In addition to eating the "raw" mango
Caribbean people add them to curry and to spicy sour to eat with dhal puri and so on
To get the mango seed with your curry and rice is special
I also like to spread the fibers all around a mango seed so it looks like the sun
