I am working on a Christmas poem...
Preparation of the fruits came first
I saw bags and bags of carambola (five-finger) for the fruits
The tree in our yard produced a constant supply of the fruit
Then weeks before Christmas preparation of the carambola began
There was peeling, cleaning, soaking
Then there was the boiling with sugar so that the fruit changed into a sweetened, dry-looking version
Then it was time for the next step, working on basic ingredients
