Quiet Day

I just made myself some green tea. I can hear the wind outside. It must be chilly outside. From the sounds outside, staying indoors seems to be the best thing. It will be a quiet day indoors for me.

I created this blog to capture my thoughts and ideas and to practice writing. Why practice writing? I was on a break from my PhD and not writing much. I needed to continue writing regularly - I wrote and submitted weekly assignments/papers.
I also track my mental health using this blog.
