Since my last post, a lot has happened. I had my video visit with my primary care physician. It went well. I had a good conversation and the doctor explained quite a lot.
I also submitted my online review players paper as well as my organizational structure and innovation paper to new journals for publishing. I am still experimenting with journals for the online review players paper. It is multidisciplinary and would be of interest to a lot of people. I sent the paper to a strategic management journal and then to a MIS journal. Those journals were not the right fit. The replies were swift and very supportive. One journal recommended a consumer behavior journal which was confusing. Another journal actually recommended two other journals. I think I am making progress with the organizational structure and innovation paper. I submitted it to a journal that hasn't replied as yet.
I am working on the compensation paper again.
