It was very interesting today. Not much I can say.
Sometimes you take it as it is and progress. It is not what I expected or wanted. It assisted me in all sort of ways. I thought about root issues and symptoms. If it feels good for some, then that's okay. Moving on.
I continue on. I expect to "land" sometime soon.
