Update

I had an appointment yesterday. There were problems all over. Even the check in kiosk behaved in a weird way. My blood pressure was high again. I never had high blood pressure. Are these signs?

I created this blog to capture my thoughts and ideas and to practice writing. Why practice writing? I was on a break from my PhD and not writing much. I needed to continue writing regularly - I wrote and submitted weekly assignments/papers.
I also track my mental health using this blog.
