I am on my way home from the hospital. I was at the hospital's emergency room yesterday to receive medical attention.

I created this blog to capture my thoughts and ideas and to practice writing. Why practice writing? I was on a break from my PhD and not writing much. I needed to continue writing regularly - I wrote and submitted weekly assignments/papers.
I also track my mental health using this blog.
