Employee Feedback Technologies

I found an interesting article on technologies used for employee feedback, referred to as employee feedback technologies. It is:

One of the technologies/techniques is 360-degree feedback. I was not familiar with it so I looked it up. I found a lot of resources on 360-degree systems for feedback. Here is an annotated bibliography on using 360-degree feedback in organizations:
