Salt and Vinegar

Good afternoon from Linden, Guyana! I am in the mood for some salt and vinegar potato chips. I think the chips will make me feel better. I got sick today after eating food.

I created this blog to capture my thoughts and ideas and to practice writing. Why practice writing? I was on a break from my PhD and not writing much. I needed to continue writing regularly - I wrote and submitted weekly assignments/papers.
