I completed 11 signature assignments - significant papers with original ideas. In one paper, I foresaw specific problems at a major company. In another, I designed a study (with statistical analyses) to explain why videos do not significantly enhance or improve online reviews. I worked alone. Update 2/1

I am still working on updating my hand hygiene (electronic monitoring) paper for publication. I have passed the half way point. In the paper, I consider previous research that utilize both qualitative and quantitative designs, similar to another paper I prepared.
